In 2017, we embarked on our journey with a simple yet fervent vision:

What if material technology evolved beyond sterile statistics to genuinely enhance lives, making cities greener and our planet more sustainable?
This aspiration for a better life has been FILMBASE’s driving force.
Over seven years, we’ve pioneered eco-friendly innovations including liquid crystal films, Media glass, self-luminous LED films, Flying Display, and VC glass. These breakthroughs transform buildings from mere concrete structures into spaces that embrace sunlight and kindle hope.
Filmbase’s products have been widely used in a variety of scenarios such as airports, subways, office buildings, shopping centers, parks, hospitals, etc., including Shenzhen Vientiane City, Dayun Tiandi, Heavy Duty Truck Headquarters Building in Jinan, Shandong Province, Doha Commercial Complex in Doha, Qatar, Baiyun Airport in Guangzhou, Incheon Airport in South Korea, and Glen Market in Australia, among others.
Today, our “light” has reached 104 countries and regions worldwide.

Milestones
Developed a breakthrough PDLC switchable film formula, process, materials, equipment and manufacturing.
Established the Nano Materials and LED Glass R&D Center.
Became one of the largest PDLC film manufacturing centers, producing the widest sizes with the highest transmittance, holding more than 100 invention and utility model patents and the No. 1 market share in China.
Established 3 subsidiaries: Yuguang Optoelectronics, Chongqing Yuguang Smart Glass and Chongqing Yuguang New Material Co., Ltd.
Launched the global Filmbase brand, exporting to 81 countries and regions with the No. 1 market share worldwide.
Established joint production bases in 20 countries, including the United States, Germany, Dubai, Brazil and Norway.
Began preparing for IPO and established Filmbase Energy (perovskite).
Developed the Flying Display, VC glass and self-powered display technology.
The Flying Display broke the Guinness World Record, received extensive coverage from CCTV and other authoritative media, and FILMBASE was officially recognized as a “Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative Little Giant” enterprise.
